1-day DrawBridge Seminar

What exactly does drawing have to do with work? Most of us navigate life fearful of failing rather than being intrinsically motivated to learn. Drawing is the tool that sets the tone - it levels the playing field, calms, narrows the focus to such a high degree of concentration that participants lose their initial feeling of self-consciousness, that niggling fear of failure that blocks them from trying something new. Restricted lines of communication between members naturally open up. By enabling each participant to focus on what they can achieve this workshop empowers them to understand who they are in relation to their co-workers and to the whole company.
RBR’s emphasis is on the process each participant goes through. By carefully orchestrating what is learned with the pace at which new skills are introduced, the optimum balance between ability level and challenge is maintained throughout the seminar. Action and awareness merge so that participants begin to experience themselves on a deeper level. How do they process information, how does their brain work, how do they solve challenges?
Let RBR be your bridge to who you REALLY are.
5-day VISUAL DISCOVERY Workshop

Within a very intense, compressed period of time, participants develop the perceptual skills necessary for drawing by learning to use the spatial, global, nonverbal Right Brain.
What does drawing have to do with work? Symphony is the ability to integrate disparate pieces, to invent, to grasp the whole picture. One of the most dynamic ways to develop the aptitude of symphony is to learn to draw. The Left Brain reduces our view of the world to labels and symbols. But when the Left Brain is unaware of what the Right Brain is doing, then the mind is free to really SEE relationships and to integrate these relationships into a whole. This is what drawing is all about. But the five intensive days of the Visual Discovery Seminar are not just about drawing, they are about increasingly complex Right Brain exercises that reach a crescendo on that final day when participants learn to integrate all the parts into the BIG picture.
Let RBR be the bridge to that creative symphony inside of you!
* 40 hours spread over 5 full days.
* 3-hour Right Brain Teasers are also available to introduce the creative power of an activated Right Brain.
